LV Wet Collector

The Model LV is an efficient, compact, and economical wet dust collector designed for airflow requirements under 3,400 m³/h. Featuring a built-in centrifugal fan, it offers a simple, robust design with no moving parts except the fan itself, ensuring minimal maintenance. Equipped with automatic water level control, it is ideal for source capture applications. Structure and Principle

Based on the proven N-Type design, the Model LV operates on a principle that combines centrifugal force with intense water-and-air scrubbing. Dust-laden air passes a stationary impeller, creating a high-velocity airflow that carries water into a turbulent curtain. Rapid changes in airflow direction generate centrifugal force, driving dust particles to penetrate and become permanently entrapped within the water droplets. The dust-laden droplets are then removed from the airstream by a water eliminator. The dust settles in the collector sump, and the water is recirculated—requiring no pumps or nozzles. With its compact design that integrates the fan, scrubbing chamber, water level control, and drain, the unit can be installed close to the dust source or connected via ductwork. This provides a safe and reliable wet collection method for low-volume, high-risk dust control applications.

Compact Structural Design

Efficient S-Flow Path Design

The LV series incorporates an S-shaped Flow Path optimized through computational fluid dynamics and refined by years of practical experience. This advanced geometry ensures superior dust-air separation efficiency while maintaining minimal airflow resistance, delivering both economic operation and high performance.

High-Efficiency Demisting System

With an oversized tank and demisting velocity below 1.5 m/s, the system achieves enhanced mist elimination. Three specially curved baffles provide effective moisture separation with low pressure drop, while the complete absence of mesh elements eliminates any clogging risks.

Reliable Level Monitoring

Compatible with both electrode and float-type sensors, the system features interlocking controls for automatic water replenishment and dry-run protection. The float sensor operates without liquid contact, resisting scale formation and chemical corrosion for long-term, maintenance-free operation.

Intelligent Water Make-up

Operating in both manual and automatic modes, the system includes integrated pipeline filtration to prevent valve clogging. Precision solenoid valves ensure reliable control for continuous, uninterrupted operation.

Durable Tank Construction

Built with reinforced walls and available in carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel, the tank withstands demanding applications. All welds undergo rigorous leak testing to guarantee zero leakage and long-term structural integrity.

Advanced Anti-Corrosion Coating

Each unit undergoes mechanical abrasive blasting to SA2.5 standard before application of a multi-layer protection system: epoxy zinc-rich primer, micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat, and polyurethane topcoat. With total thickness exceeding 200μm, this coating provides exceptional corrosion and weather resistance.

Smart PLC Control

Complete with PLC and touchscreen for easy parameter adjustment. Ethernet connectivity enables seamless integration with existing control systems for remote monitoring and intelligent management.
