TE Enclosed Vehicle Loading Spouts

Enclosed Vehicle Loading Spouts (TE Series) are designed to load dry bulk materials from storage bins, silos, conveyors, and other discharge points into enclosed truck trailers or railcars. These rugged standard-duty spouts are available in travle lengths from 1 meter to 3 meters. Loading rates can be up to 250 m³ per hour depending on product being loaded.

Standard Q355B inner cones can be upgraded with NM abrasion-resistant steel, stainless steel options, or specialized linings including ceramic, UPE and tungsten carbide hardfacing for extreme wear applications.

Smart Limit Protection

Fully adjustable limit switches with spare settings and standard slack rope detection prevent overtravel and derailment, ensuring operational safety and equipment protection.

Flexible Level Monitoring
