Currently, the fully upgraded automatic telescopic chute equipment has completed the entire installation and commissioning process and has officially commenced operations. This renovation project focused on three core modules—the chute steel structure, the intelligent lifting system, and the integrated electronic control unit—implementing comprehensive technological upgrades and innovations.
Among these, the intelligent automatic lifting system of the telescopic chute stands out as a major highlight of this renovation. The system is equipped with high-precision material height monitoring sensors, capable of capturing real-time, accurate changes in material height. Once the material height reaches the preset value, the system immediately issues commands to drive the telescopic chute to rise at a stable and precise speed, and it can automatically adjust the height of the chute based on the dynamic fluctuations of the material surface.
It is worth mentioning that the specially designed anti-overflow skirt at the lower part of the telescopic chute is made of flexible sealing material, which can tightly adhere to the material surface, forming an effective dust barrier. This effectively prevents dust spillage during loading and unloading operations from the source, significantly improving the port's working environment.
