The HDC Series High-Efficiency Centrifugal Wet Dust Collector utilized in this project employs centrifugal force to thoroughly mix water with dust-laden gas, discharging clean air. When the dust-containing airflow passes through stationary impeller blades partially submerged in water, a water curtain is generated, through which the dust is removed. At the base of the blades, a specially designed channel opening supplies additional water to the narrowest section of the blade openings. The water flowing upward through this channel enhances the interaction between dust and water, thereby improving collection efficiency. The rapid change in airflow direction generates centrifugal force that permanently captures the dust particles as they pass through the water curtain. Water droplets carried by the clean air are removed by specially designed demister baffles. The water in the tank is recycled; once the water curtain is formed by the airflow, no water pump or spray nozzles are required. A makeup water connection continuously supplies a small amount of fresh water to compensate for losses due to evaporation or sludge removal.
