During the discharge process of the mobile unloading trolley at Shiheng Special Steel, a significant amount of dust is generated due to the collision of materials caused by the substantial height difference during descent. This dust spreads throughout the entire storage shed.

To address this, mobile sliding rails are installed along the material throwing route, and telescopic chutes (TC type) are mounted on these rails. The chutes move in sync with the material distribution trolley, effectively preventing dust dispersion from the materials. Additionally, this solution tackles the challenge of dust removal from non-fixed dust generation points.
