Chengde Jianlong's vanadium slag pretreatment workshop comprises two hot pouring stations and one loading station, where significant amounts of steam-laden dust are generated during operation. Traditional dust removal methods have proven incapable of meeting the long-term, stable performance requirements demanded by the facility. To enhance operational efficiency while providing employees with a healthy working and living environment, Chengde Jianlong Special Steel Co., Ltd. conducted extensive evaluations and solution comparisons. Ultimately, the company selected and implemented a complete set of high-efficiency centrifugal wet dust removal systems supplied by Shanghai Jieyan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. to achieve compliance with national environmental emission standards.
