During the steel slag treatment process, significant steam-laden dust is generated at multiple stages—including when trucks unload steel slag or granulated blast furnace slag into the workshop, when loaders feed the slag into the charging inlet, and during operations such as transfer, crushing, screening, rod milling, and magnetic separation.

In accordance with the national Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-Low Emissions in the Steel Industry, our company has implemented further dust control measures in the steel slag treatment workshop to meet ultra-low emission requirements, comply with national environmental regulations, and achieve cleaner production. Following the upgrade, dust emissions now meet the standards, with a comprehensive dust emission concentration of ≤5 mg/m³.
